Goods are dispatched by UK Royal Mail service.
The rates are:
Single DVD £5.00 - UK - Special delivery
Bundle/Set £15.00 - UK - Special delivery
Single DVD £10.00 - Europe - Recorded Delivery
Bundle/Set £25.00 - Europe - Recorded Delivery
When we receive an order we will confirm the order to the email address
supplied on the order form. All dispatched items are recorded delivery.
All UK parcels are special delivery guaranteed next working day once the
dispatch confirmation email has been sent.
All stock items will be dispatched within 7 days on receipt of your order.
Returns Policy
To return a faulty DVD, please email us at sales@tommyvideo.co.uk for a
returns authorisation. Simply indicate the reason for your return
(damaged/faulty). Once you receive your returns authorisation, please
print this on the original delivery note and post with the DVD to:

Important:
-Use registered or recorded delivery.
-Ensure to wrap the package securely. Usually the package that they
arrive in can be used for the return.
-The maximum postage for any recorded item will be £2.00.
-We will replace a faulty DVD with the same title, or refund back to the
original credit card, if the title is no longer available.
Exchanges
We cannot exchange DVD's unless they are faulty or, due to our error we
have shipped the wrong title to you.
Refunds
We shall email you when we have received and processed your returned
item. Unfortunately we can only refund shipping costs if the return was a
result of our error.
Testing
We test all returned items, if we find the DVD not to be faulty we shall
return the item to you along with a postage charge not exceeding £2.00.
You should check the faulty item on another machine before returning. We
cannot be held responsible for incompatibilities caused by machines, which have
been modified to disable regional encoding.
Products & Availability
Although we make every effort to ensure that products are in stock and
that information and prices concerning products and services listed on the
Site are accurate, THE PRICES AND AVAILABILITY OF SUCH PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE.
We reserve the right to reject any order you place with us, and/or to
limit quantities on any order, without giving any reason. If we reject your
order we will attempt to notify you via the email address you gave us when you
placed the order.
If you have any questions or require more detailed specifications
concerning a product or its use, you should contact the product's manufacturer

may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once the package
reaches your country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must
be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict

considered the importer of DVD and must comply with all laws and
regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
